Darth Vader
Character » Darth Vader appears in 1467 issues.
Once a heroic Jedi Knight known as Anakin Skywalker, Darth Vader was seduced by the dark side and became a dark Lord of the Sith. After severe injuries at the hands of Obi-Wan Kenobi, locking him in a metal suit, Vader would go on to terrorize the galaxy. However, in spite of everything he had done, there were still remnants of good in him.
Snazzy New Star Wars Posters
Edited By xerox_kitty
This is a little gem I just discovered through a random post on Twitter.
Three stunning poster designs for the original Star Wars trilogy. These were all created by British designer Olly Moss. The posters are all 24"x36" in size. They have been screen printed & are limited edition to only 400 copies. To stress the limited print run, they are each hand numbered.
If anyone is interested in buying one, then they go on sale this coming Monday (20-Dec-10). Keep an eye on Mondo's Shop page. While you're there, check out their blog for previous poster designs, including some very funky Tron posters.
Sadly, there's not a whole lot more information than that. Hopefully we'll see more designs from Ms Moss in future, because I think these are pretty fab!
" @xerox-kitty: my mate just said he would actually kill for the Bobba Fett Empire one lol , some quality posters "Or he could just buy one ;) But he'd better be ready. It sounds like their limited edition posters sell out pretty quick; blink & you miss 'em!
Yeah, the Unbreakable Norman Chan was tweeting about these. He's been posting a ton of things I want to buy.
Without reading the artists name, I was pretty sure it was the same one that did that Evil Dead poster,

@.Mistress Redhead.: Yeah I love the RotJ too (it's why it's the Large one at the end of my post :)
@CATPANEXE: Why thank you!
@Nick-SV(ril): Damn, that's snazzy too! I've googled it, and it is Olly Moss' work. There's so much to see on his website! So I've added the link in the OP :)

"OMG WANTS! "There's a few different film & TV inspired posters by the same artist available on eBay. Sadly, not the Evil Dead one.

@.Mistress Redhead.:
There is one Evil Dead on eBay right now but the price is...
Couple of months ago I found an auction again, which ended ridiculously cheap, but the seller wouldn't ship International. Sucked hard.
" @xerox-kitty:Its signed, hence the price, but still sucks

" @xerox-kitty said:Somehow your icon of Berezenoff has never looked so apt... ;)" @Yumulu said:And another minute for people to sell them 3 to 10 time the original price on ebay -.- "" ... it took something around 2 min to sold out -.- "... ... wow...! "
Fair play to everyone who managed to buy one. But that is some pretty fast internet shopping!
These look amazing! The Empire one wins out as my fav for using the sil of Cloud City as Boba's visor. Excellent!
