The dramatic return of Darth Maul has been one of the most talked about developments in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and the evil Sith Lord will continue to wreak havoc in the forthcoming Season Five of the animated series. Witness his resurrection in a special feature-length Directors’ Cut presentation of his animated debut, coming exclusively to DVD at Target stores on September 11.

Star Wars: The Clone Wars - The Return of Darth Maul Extended Cut Trailer
I really don't like when they release only a few episodes of a program on DVD as oppose to releasing the entire season but I'm really considering getting this. Especially since I've been on a major Star Wars high since July. Though it does suck knowing the outcome already. lol

Since no one is even paying attention.
The correct video is in the OP. It's a trailer for a DVD release of Darth Maul's return (the final few episodes of Season 4). The video you posted already has a thread for it, as does the second trailer for Season 5 ;)
the answer is no... the show is too scared to even put it main characters in any other form of danger, while obviously we know some characters have to survive because they appear in episode 3, other characters that are not in episode 3 are also never in any harm. thus there is a lack of tension or excitement, which makes the show as boring.
the second Darth Maul returned i knew he would kill minor characters and nothing more. the plot will limp on as it has every series to lack luster conclussion like every season finale of show has been.
im also fed up of this show not knowing a thing about its characters, they all seem contradict how they should behave based on their appearances in the other films and other sources like the jedi code.
Rant over
After watching the DVD trailer and the linked season 5 trailer I can't wait to see the Darth Sidious vs Maul and Oppress fight and The Droids episodes. Damn everything looks epic.
So they'll bring back Darth Maul, but not Qui-gon Jin, who is the far better more dynamic character. What a surprise.
So I guess about twenty years passed between attack of the clones and revenge of the sith, this clone war sh*t while may be cool is getting out of hand, just how much can you squeeze between the two films, and the worst part is we always know whos going to come out on top, Thats why I can't get into this show, there is no suspense or surprises ( well not any worth a crap), just filler nonsense and potential toy sales.
Yeah I totally feel what a lot of you are saying and while I too have never really been all that interested in this show before I gotta admit that, that preview to season 5 looks pretty awesome, 'll especially be on the lookout for that episode where you have Sidious versus Maul and Opress. That being said I think if Lucasfilm really wanted to capitilize on the Star Wars franchise they need to tap into the Legacy era with Luke's descendent Cade Skywalker. The first couple of seasons could be based on the story as told in the Star Wars: Legacy comics after that they'll have free range to tell whatever stories they like without having to worry so much about keeping it in line with Star Wars canon as is the problem with Clone Wars.
