Becoming the immortal Mr. Sinister, he is perhaps the greatest geneticist in the world; capable of cloning, creating, enhancing, and controlling mutant abilities. Sinister is one of the X-Men's most dangerous enemies.
Psynapse was an Inhuman and distant member of the Royal Family whom worked for Apocalypse as one the Dark Riders.

Tusk is a native of Attilan and therefore an Inhuman. Employed by Apocalypse to join the Dark Riders, he is very large in stature, with heightened invulnerability and super strength, as well as an ability to create small duplicates (about 1/4 of his size) that have his same strength and resistance.
Wolf Cub was a member of the Paragons training squad up until they disbanded following M-Day. After Messiah Complex, Donald Pierce tricked him into joining the Young X-Men team. He was subsequently murdered by Pierce.
