@danhimself: Agreed! They left the status quo as is. and basically served as marketing promo's for the individual issues.
With the List - X-men Namor had already sided with Emma and the X-men against Osborn during that Dark Avengers vs X-men so nothing new came out of that other than Osborn, yet again failing, and promote that Namor was now part of the X-men team book. to take them out,
Same with the List - Hulk other than jump-starting Bruce becoming Hulk once more which is SO BEYOND STUPID it reeks of Osborn. placing father and son on opposite sides to duke it out will result in a very bad day for everyone involved except father and son who will survive the fall out of their fight but I digress announcing Hulk's imminent return was the goal.
Punisher isn't dead as if we really thought that was going to happen, merely ploy to revitalize or garner more attention for the umpteenth Castle monthly book.
The List - Daredevil was about him now (still) has (having) his own army of Hand Ninja's thus drawing attention to his book.
Fury punked Osborn with ease but it was impossible to imagine otherwise.
Wolverine was completely pointless other than to serve as a platform for Weapon X?? and Noh-Varr.
The real decent (ONLY) one was the The List - Spiderman, great really. I liked how Parker fought and Beat Osborn at his own game and really putting the screws to Osborn in such a very clever way.
On a different note, War Machine delivered, as it has done consistently thru much of (if not all) its current run. it was sharp, dug the art, kept a nice pace thru out. with a sweet ending.
Sort of disappointed yet not in terms of Dark Avengers #11 it wasn't what I expected and I liked that we got to know Hand a little better. Thou I suspect this is only something because her number is up? (as in she is likely the one to kick the bucket during this arc.
