so this is pretty far out there but maybe the "spider-man" on the dark avengers is gabriel...osborn could easily get him to join the team and he's got the grudge against spider-man...also along with that theory here's another daken is wolverine's son and to keep in that line maybe iron patriot is ezekial stane which if you think about it is kind of like iron man 2.0...so all these kind of fit as being sons of the people they're up against daken actually being wolverine's son, ezekial being the next gen iron man, and gabriel once thought he was spider-man's son...it's a very far out there theory i know

I don't mind her... btu she's not my favorite female Avenger.
