Possibly, but then that would mean someone(most-likely Norman since he seems to be leading them) would have to have known Jarvis had it in the first place. Also I don't get the importance of the baby. I mean its the daughter of Luke Cage and Jessica Jones, its not like its the Mutant Baby or child of the Fantastic Four.

Well, Radioactive Man went back to china, Songbird is probably hospitalized or worse, and Penance... who cares?
But i'm sure Norman has uses for the others, it looks like Moonstone is on Dark Avengers. Possibly Bullseye or Swordsman too. Come to think of it he might even have several Thunderbolts strike-teams.

I think that the Hawkeye on Dark Avengers might actually be Clint. It could be Bullseye(I really doubt Swordsman since he is wanting to kill Norman), but seeing him with a bow and in purple would be weird.

After watching that video above it says that Norman hand picks the Dark Avengers to be the "Offical Avengers". So these are the guys that are supposed to look good for the media and be the protectors. With that said, he always kept Bullseye in hiding because he is a killer. I don't think he would suddenly make him an open member of the Avengers so I think we can check Bullseye off for being Hawkeye. As for Swordsman, I still really doubt its going to be him. Swordsman hates Norman, and I have a feeling in the next issue of Thunderbolts he is going to try something and get "taken out" somehow.

It doesn't look like him though. I've seen preview pics, and Maleev draws Osborn as he should look inside the issue, why would he draw him differently on the cover?
