This One shot openes with  Ms. Hand deputy director to Norman Osborne chatting with Peter Parker, What she is doing is trying to gather information on anything that would prove "Troublesome" for Osbornes future plans. As the Comic progresses we get a vintage Spidey feel as, Ms.Hand recalls; when Spidey and Norman Obsborne found out eath other's identities.
