Favorite DN issue
This issue was Dark Nebula's defining moment and truly showed how powerful he was. In sheer desperation (and a need to survive) he cuts loose with his powers and decimates an entire civilization. Mark is greatly effected by the devastation he has caused. He is also greatly relieved when he learns that he has not caused the genocide of an entire race but aided in their evolution to the next step and in doing so avoided the imminent end of their race from over population. It is from this issue on DN can reach his full potential as he is no longer forced to reign in his power so that Cerellus can't usurp control.
