Plot Summary

Overview
Be alert! Watch out for crime," says CAPTAIN CRUSADER! What would happen if you wanted to be a super-hero in New York City? Now, real people can't be super heroes, but don't tell that to Steve Richards! He thinks that he actually is one! Doom Patrol inker Gary Martin (in his first role as writer/artist) brings us a story that pokes fun at the readily accepted notion of how people view "comic book reality." Also, Mark Badger (continuing his own newly-acquired role as writer/artist), doing some of the most innovative and thought-provoking work of his career, brings us another installment of MASQUE, the mysterious vengeful figure caught up in a story of intrigue and violence!
