Dark Avenger

History

Late one night, as he's leaving the rare metals factory where he helps manufacture space suits, Arthur witnesses a meterorite strike the earth.  Working it free, he takes it to the lab and finds that it contains a metal with an atomic structure different from anything on this planet.  Placing the fragment in a nuclear-powered oven, he liquifies it, uses a radioactive isotope to combine the space metal with another metal for flexibility, then pours the compound into a space suit mold.  When it hardens into a fabric-thin suit, Arthur dons the outfit to fight crime in the big city as the Dark Avenger. 
 
Arthur lives in a cheap apartment with his cowardly brother Gerald, an aspiring actor, and their mother. 

Powers/Abilities

When he is fully costumed, the long-haired chemist cannot be affected by gunfire and packs a punch like a fistful of brass knuckles.
