Tense 0
Although I thought Mark Waid's set-up for this issue was a little odd, Daredevil trapped in a federal building not knowing who are agents of the Sons of the Serpent (like the gun totting judge for example) and who aren't certainly provides a tense issue (although, given the confusing circumstances of Daredevil beating up cops you'd expect a lot more fallout afterwards). One final note, I'd actually rate this a 3.5 instead of a 3.
