    Not a collector's issue

    I just wanted to write this review, mainly to point out that this is not a collector's issue like it says on the cover. It is a good, competent issue, but it actually does nothing to forward the direction that Frank Miller was starting to take the series. Also, last issue we were told Punisher would be in this issue, which he isn't.
