Government Issue Joseph and the Girl of Danger 0

It should be noted perhaps that I am not a particularly big fan of either the espionage genre nor of the war genre, but after looking around for another series with some strong female leads I came to this one.  I am aware of both the G.I. Joe concepts as well as that behind Danger Girl, but I didn't think that they were necessarily compatible.  After reading about three pages of this though it really didn't matter.  The issue (and series) starts off with as pulse pounding of a dogfight as possib...
