Harlan, Kurjak and Tesla go back to Colombia, where they meet with an old friend, policeman Bobby Quintana. Our heroes are confronted with dangerous gangsters and have to solve the puzzle of an intricated dope business. This time, though, it's not about an usual narcotic.
