Harlan Draka continues his quest to rid the world of evil vampires and unlock the dark secrets of his mysterious past. This time out, Harlan, the "good" vampire Tesla, and the fiercely loyal soldier Kurjak find themselves doing business with vicious Russian Mafia. But this is only a ruse for Harlan to track down the Vurdalak, the Lord of Lost Souls.
