In November 2011, the New 52 and now began a new direction was taken to the superheroes of DC, principally for the young and badass Batman's partner: Damian Wayne

I'm not so sure that the killing of a bat should be praised in a respect thread. The kid has done some awesome feats in the New 52 thus far, though

@matchesmalone21: I prefer Tomasi. Morrison may have created Damian but I feel like I take him more seriously when Tomasi is the writer.

i sometimes reckon the writers made damian too good of a fighter. He almost defeated Tim and then recently he nearly took out Red Hood. I mean these are no ordinary guys they have been trained by Bruce and i don't who trained Damian he should not pose so much of threat to the likes of Red Hood who has gone toe to toe against Batman and Nightwing.

Agreed. I love Damian but they make him far too good a fighter - even if he was trained since birth.

I was enjoying this until the 'red bird' showed up.

What a cheap nightwing rip off with the batons, and the costume design looks horrible. "Red Bird"? RED BIRD? I would have much rather him throw on some thing eery like a samurai helmet and his katanas.

Yeah, I'm hoping the Redbird thing doesn't last. Mostly because there's been no build up - it just comes out of nowhere.

I knew he was a skilled martial artist because he has been training all his life, but a Ph.D. in Economics is impressive. Is Tim Drake that much more intelligent than Damian?

Worst Robin ever. Damian sucks. And killing the bat wouldn't really be showing "respect" to him. Its pointless and stupid... just like him.

Nightwing and Tim are still my faves, but Damian's really growing on me. I enjoyed the recent Batman & Robin a lot. I like seeing more to his personality than when he first came into the comics.

It's interesting seeing his dynamic with his father as well.

how is this not the Jason Todd we voted to be beaten to death, I don't know?

they destroy the others Robins characters to build him up only to find he is being hated for it and his feats are created to PIS

now if they only didn't make him able to be already better then Robins but potential that we can all see maybe pre-Damian fans would understand and enjoy seeing his progress to being the GOAT Robin

but already a killer don't understand how thats tolerated and should disqualify him from ever owning the mantel
