No, I don't think so. He's not even close enough to Bruce for it to have the impact it should. And while I don't think he needed to be created, now that he's here the kid has potential. Damian needs to be written well for the next few years, age a little, join a team, grow in popularity, and eventually have his own series when he's about 16.

Damian deserves to die and he needs to die now. I have a party when the day that damian dies comes.
