In the event you're one of the three or so people still unaware of what happened in BATMAN, INC... there's SPOILERS here!

The third 'Comic Book Question of the Week' was picked to let us reflect on the good times in Damian's life. I thought it was important for us to focus on the positive memories after writer Grant Morrison hit us with Robin's vicious death in BATMAN, INCOPORATED #8.

167 Viners voted and one Damian Wayne moment zoomed ahead of the competition. Future Damian, Bat-cow and murdering Nobody got a lot of love, but the events in writer Peter J. Tomasi'sBATMAN AND ROBIN ANNUAL #1 obliterated the competition.

It's easy to understand why this one won (I voted for it, too). Tomasi's annual issue was nothing less than brilliant. Amazingly heartfelt, hilarious and fun, this annual is one of the most powerful reading experiences I've had in quite some time. If you already loved Damian, it'll melt your heart. If you didn't, odds are it turned you into a fan. It had his usual snarky attitude, but it also meshed in a beyond touching tale. It truly was a beautiful reading experience and I can't recommend it enough.

Oh man, all of those moments are great but I can't believe how few are from the Morrison Batman and Robin era!

The recurring Dick/Damian double punch!

Damian breaking off all ties with his mother!

Damian putting the crowbar to the Joker's face!

The moment when Damian asks Dick what will happen when Bruce comes back, if they'll still get to be Batman and Robin... that part broke my heart!

I wish I had a scan of this but I dont so it wont havemuch of an impact, but I just read aquaman 17 and after the story, it has the 2 page channel 52 news. In it Abug is reporting the news of hawkman being hunted by shadow thief when the news anchor bethany snow cuts in in a breaking bulletien. She puts her finger to her ear and says "sorry to break in bug, we are getting numerous reports that the current violent conflict between batman and unknown assailants in gotham city has taken a victim." "robin is dead. repeat. robin is dead." And then she puts her hands to her face in shock and starts to cry and the news feed cuts off going into a "please stand by" screen on the last page of the issue.

I'd have to say my favorite moment was when Damian jumps Tim and Jason to prove himself. That was awesome.

Voted for when damian broke up zsasz operation with abuse mainly because I was a big fan of Streets of Gotham

For me it was "I'm 80% sure I did not kill a child." or whatever it was, in the Batgirl issue. That whole issue was fantastic.

I really haven't liked Damian since he attacked Tim Drake in the Bat Cave and threw attitude toward the teen titans, expecting everything to be handed to him. He just never came across as being a likable character to me. I know people liked him but, he just never grew on me...

At first I was pissed when batman had a kid. Just Damien started growing on me I had high hopes for more future batman stories, now he is dead.

Damian is the greatest robin!!!

I miss the Dick/Damian Duo.... so sad now....

Does Grant Morrison have to screw with everything? His ideas are beyond nonsense. The whole idea of Batman, Inc. doesn't even work. It would only take a child of Gotham about five minutes to figure out Bruce Wayne is Batman in a world where Batman, Inc. exists. And now he kills off Damian. Can Multiversity just be Morrison's zany world that is not in continuity so we can move all this nonsense over there?

Tomasi wrote Damian better than Morrison.
