Daken is Wolverine's long lost son, torn from his mother's womb by the dark figure Romulus. Raised with a warped view on his father's "abandonment" and his mother's murder, Daken was left to uphold a grudge.

Dakens' healing factor.

Most people know that the Wolverines' Muramasa blade can stop healing factors, and we know Daken at one stage bonded it with his claws letting him heal opponents with healing factors.But how many people thought of what would happen to Dakens' healing factor, I think it should have backfired stopping his healing factor.
What do you think on the matter?

they thought about it in the very issue that he got his claws coated..they implanted sheathes around the muramasa claws to protect him

Actually the sheaths were inserted by Tinkerer to support his wrists whle he pops the claw
in addtion he was worned not to use his muramasa claws too often
