Is it just me, or did anyone notice the heavy resemblance Jake, the mutant Scott meets in prison, has with Jean/Rachel/Hope?

A red-headed telekinetic. Marvel is toying with our emotions.

It's never stated that he had tp/tk, but it wouldn't surprise me. Scott attracts telepaths for it is his second mutation. Jean, Emma, Psylocke, Madlyne kinda, and Ms. Sinister most definately.

Well my deduction of him having telekinesis, was based on when he first manifested, he sort of...pushed everyone around him away, on top of that he was hovering. Which is pretty standard for telekinetics.

Either way, it was just eerie that the first new mutant he meets, is basically Man-Jean.

Technically we never saw a body and in comics that could mean anything but yeah I really think this guy is dead. Shame he looked like the most interesting new mutant so far

Yeah, he was really appealing, for how short we saw of him. The character had a good personality.

Honestly suspicious from the start with this guy. Something just felt off about him. Like he wasn't what he appeared to be and Cyclops was going to regret it later on. I guess the oddness came because he ended up red shirt.

I really felt that kids death and it definitely strengthened Scott's resolve and made his message to Magneto all the sweeter. Sucks that it took the death of a young mutant to break Scott out of his slump, however, he realizes that there's still work to be done.

COME ON GUYS! Jake = Mister Sinister! It's the only way the end of Uncanny X men & Consequences ties together and since the same writer writes both it would make since that they tied together. Sinister wants Cyclops out so they can "play", cyclops was being all marty and shit. Jake was planted to do whatever it took to get Cyclops to break out, even if that meant his early demise.

@One_Eye: I agree, I was actually sad when Jake didn't make it. It was pretty cool to see Cyke's reaction and his newfound motivation. I'm def. more excited to see where this goes

yes and he was my favorite new character of the year and now he is dead and for some reason alpha is still alive...Damm u Marvel!
