Not technically, but both Rachel and Nate view him as their father (Rachel in particular), and they are actually better suited to be his kids in terms of a relationship due to their ages when in comparison to the older Cable.

Has it ever even been confirmed Rachel was his kid...I thought it was implied she was Wolverines. Regardless of who looks up to him as a father, Cable is only actual real offspring in the 616

Not disputing your post. Just showing Nate does view him as his father and wants to know him (Not that anyone has bothered to do anything about it.)

Rachel has been explicitly stated to be the daughter of Scott and Jean on multiple occasions, she's as much a Summers as she is a Grey. Cable may indeed be the only offspring from 616, but you can't deny the familial relation Scott has to Rachel and Nate regardless of what dimension they come from. They're genetically his kids.

How come nobody's mentioned Ruby yet?

Cause she has yet to enter the 616. Only Rachel and Nate have transcended their universe to be in the 616.

in the present Scott has 3 children: Cable being his only true 616 son, but Scott has taken on the role as both Rachel & X-man's father as well. ruby is also his child in Bishop's future with emma frost.

I would love to see the dynamics of Scott's relationships with his kids played a bit more. Granted, There hasn't really been much time for Scott to have moments with the two because of all the catastrophic events he's had to deal with, but a few panels of him interacting with them in a fatherly way would be nice. Reading AVX #3, there is a scene where Rachel and Scott communicate telepathically, and she calls him "Scott" and address him in a very formal way. Now I know that it wasn't imperative to the plot to throw in a "Dad", but if I was a new reader I don't think I would realize that they were related. The last true interaction I recall them having was right before Carey brought her and the Starjammers back from space in "Legacy".

It would be interesting if they brought Ruby into the 616 world. It would further validate Scott and Emma's relationship, and she seems like she'd be a pretty interesting character to throw into the mix...But for now, Scott should worry about re-connecting with the children he's aware of before branching out.

Oh and on a unrelated note...How old are Nate and Rachel? Considering Scott's only in his late 20's/early 30's...

@The_Diamond_Prince: Not sure about Rachel, but Nate should be about late teens/early 20s. He was stated to be biologically 17 due to the accelerated growth, but that was last touched on before he turned into a Shaman. So logically he's probably 19-21 due to his hanging with the New Mutants. Any younger and he wouldn't fit.

I'd say early twenties at the most.

I think Marvel likes to disregard the fact that Cyclops has a kid and alternate-whatever kids running about in fear it might age him because we all know they love Cyclops to bits.

Shame though, the kids have a lot of potential.

I kinda disagree with this. There have been a good few moments between him and Rachel recently as well as numerous scenes addressing him and his relationship with Cable to Hope after Cable's death.

There is so much wasted potential when it comes to his kids I mean x-man doesn't seem to ever even speak to him. Cables relationship is probably the most meaningful but he's never around although that might change due to Avengers X-Sanction. The one that interests me the most though is his relationship with Rachel. At times they seem really close (when they call each other "Dad" and "Honey") and then at others it seems like their just associates when she calls him "Scott".

Very true. I forgot about that. He also had this nice scene with Nate Grey in New Mutants which I enjoyed. My response was partially influenced by a comment Tom Bevroot made about aging characters with marriage and kids, and he mentioned that was one of the reasons that Scott's kids weren't addressed to often.

If I recall Rachel is about 23 or somewhere around there. When she first revealed herself to be apart of the Grey-Summer family Jean gave the argument that they were the same age. But it also doesn't make much sense if she is younger than that because Kitty is what 21, the new mutants are in their twenties as well ah, Marvel needs to give ages at least once a decade.
