Funny how everyone calls him one eye, yet I've never actually seen him open just one eye. Would he blast as much energy as he does with both eyes? Has he ever tried to? If anyone has seen this i'd be interested in scans :D

This brings an interesting question to mind: If someone were to cut out Cyclops eyes, would he continue to emanate beams from the sockets, would the eyes themselves continue to emanate beams, or explode with the energy of the dimension they draw their power from? Or would they perhaps simply return to being eyes, with Cyclops left blind and powerless?

@JonSmith: My guess is his mutation ARE his eyes. Cut out the eyes, and he has no way to project the energy he stores/no gateway to the dimension he draws energy from.

@xmentas: I think removing one eye would mean all the power gets projected out of the remaining one. in other words, losing an eye doesnt cut his power by half. however, if he merely keeps one eye closed then perhaps he can project half the power he usually does.

My guess is as good as anybody else's of course.

@xmentas: Actually its a reference to how he impregnates all women in different dimensions and all clones. "one eye" clearly doesn't use any "visors".

In the Zombie universe his head is apart from the body and still works. Even though his eyes are still connected....if they worked he could use them, even throw em!
