I know he lived in the watch tower, but after Despero's attack nothing's left but pile of rubble.

Not sure if the Justice League is going to rebuild it or not. I don't even know if Cyborg had his own room or personal furnishings.

He shouldn't move in with his dad. No self respecting Justice Leaguer lives with their parents...well outside of Captain Marvel/Shazam.

I think Cyborg should think about investing in his own home. He can live in the Watch Tower, if its rebuilt, but he should have a secondary place to crash. We know that the Justice League HQ always gets attacked every few years. Having a cozy apartment or house to relax in would serve him well, especially if he wants to take a break from the Justice League or super-heroics.

Job:

Cyborg needs a source of income. He's in his mid 20's. Being a full-time superhero is nice and pretty time consuming, but he can't keep mooching of Batman in his dad.

He should be a consultant at Star Labs or with ARGUS.

Also owning his own business or part of a business that he doesn't need to be there 24/7 would be nice.

He could be a motivational speaker.

Help out at Orthotic and Prosthetic Schools or with kids.

Stuff like that. Clearly he doesn't have a secret Identity to fall back on like the rest of the team so whatever he does will have to keep that in mind.

As for not having a secret identity to fall back on, I'm kind of divided on that since in Injustice, he made himself look like his evil counterpart via hologram. So maybe he can make himself look like a human via hologram. But then again, pretty much everyone in the world knows who he is by now, so maybe your right.

I really like the idea of him being a speaker when he's not saving the world though.

With access to all the information in the world he could easily go into any service that requires exceptional amounts of it. Like aiding the police or God help us all, the military. He could be paid as a private contractor while also fulfilling his duty as a hero especially if he's used as an outsource by the police. In any nation. The amount of crime he could help prevent would reduce the actual percentages worldwide. It could be like that TV show, Person of Interest (I love it so much)

The watchtower crashed in Detroit so that was probably the birth of a Mount Justice like structure.

As far as a job goes, I can see him helping ARGUS in some way. He seems to fit more with what's going on over there.

He should work with Star Labs to recover interdimensional artifacts, fix experiments gone wrong, and explore new dimensions.

In his spare time, he can hijack police scanners and satellites to track crimes and criminals for him to fight.

Or he can team up with ARGUS to fight superhuman terrorist cells.

Its not Mount Justice. Its the Secret Sanctuary. They just called it Mount Justice on the Young Justice show. Also the watchtower crashed in Happy Harbor, Rhode Island, where the SECRET SANCTUARY was located in the original comic books.

As for job, maybe he should look into transportation. He shows expertise in that field when he's with the Justice League.
