The stories about information overload and the transformation of biological man into a "virtual" cyborg could be some wonderful themes to touch on with this character.

Dude. That's awesome. I wrote a pitch on him a while back, with your themes, plus a supporting cast. I hope he makes it into the fourth wave with a good writer. All of the big 7 have good books (Superman's eponymous book is not that good though, but still Action is great) when the eventual Cyborg book comes out, I hope the writer tells some good stories. That is why DC is biding their time with him, and in that sense, I do not blame them.I want ALL 7 to have good books.

Yeah, if he's not in his own book, I'd at least like to have him crossover with other titles more. I can't wait to see what he does in the next Justice League.
