Why did you have to ruin one of the coolest villains in Supes rogue gallery with just another kryptonion ?

New 52, destroying DC characters since August 31, 2011.

I'm guessing cyborg superman is now a kryptonian?

If you want to be spoiled, he's now Zor-El aka Kara's father.

Which really irks me off that DC have destroyed another compelling character in the New 52 for 'fresh change.'

On a serious note,there is still hope,maybe when they're done with this guy(and I've a feeling it'll be sooner than later) they can have Henshaw take over his body,he's just your everyday cyborg not a techopath.

And the worst part here is that it wont help Superman in the slightest,it's done for Supergirl.

I hear you man. The New 52 is making it harder to really appreciate DC on a daily basis. But at least they aren't Marvel.

Honestly I don't see how one is worse than the other right now. Marvel has done some stupid stuff but it's got some great books to counter that, same thing with DC.

You're right actually. But it's personal preference over the companies two approaches. Despite the New 52 screwing up continuity and renovating characters pointlessly, Marvel take active joy in making the fans angry through things like Superior Spider-Man and Avengers Arena. That's what I don't like about Marvel despite loving Thor: God of Thunder and Indestructible Hulk.

@lvenger: I think it's not Marvel but those specific creators that seem to take a joy in what they do. Plus we've seen the same kinda attitude from some DC guys.

@decoyelite: Yeah but it's the more high ranking creators/execs who have a habit of doing that. And yes agreed again on DC.

Marvel's been doing the same without the reboot though. DC needed a reboot to screw things up whereas Marvel does it naturally.

Marvel Now was a reboot in disguise. There's a reason most comics went back to number 1. :P

worst of all it means that the Death and Return of Superman didn't happen anything like it did Pre52...none of the replacement Supermen were there save for maybe Steel...it also means that Hal Jordan's history has been changed as well
