After fending off three attackers and accidentally trashing Carl's motorcycle, Liz Mason brainstorms with Carl and Jen about the scary metamorphosis she undergoes when transforming into the awesome, beastial Crush. The three friends conduct their own primitive experiment to determine what causes Liz to change, while Agent Bixby and Mr. Vesper gather their forces to track and hunt Liz down. They are more interested in controlling Liz's monstrous alter ego, Crush, than in the eighteen year old herself...or her eighteen-year-old problems.
