The Original Crimson Cowl
The first Crimson Cowl was actually the evil robot known as Ultron. He gathered the second incarnation of the Masters of Evil, which included Melter, Whirlwind, Radioactive Man, Klaw, and the Black Knight. Ultron was able to frame the Avengers butler, Jarvis, and make it appear that he was the actual Crimson Cowl. The ruse was discovered and the Masters of Evil were defeated.
The Current Crimson Cowl
The current Crimson Cowl is Justine Hammer. She gathered the latest version of the Masters Of Evil and came into direct conflict with the Thunderbolts. She currently works with The Hood.
