    In the 1950s and 1960s The Crime Condor was an enemy of the Allied Supermen of America. He was the first supervillain Storybook Smith fought as his heroics earned his way to join the team. After that, the Crime Condor was incarcerated.

    The Crime Condor is revealed to have a son who has taken up the villainous mantle and has surpassed his old man's with abilities. He fought the newly formed Youngblood. He was almost successful in defeating the team until he was defeated by Shaft.
