its only jus occured to me this looks, slightly like Creeper similiar colour palate, purley speculation. Opinions?

I don't where that's from but I think it doesn't look like Creeper although it would be awesome if Creeper were to get a series in The New 52 (as long as it weren't cancelled six issues later).

That character is a woman for one and she also seems to have some kind of tree or wood related powers, so I don't think thats going to be the New 52 creeper.
