I agree Roy and Connor would be the ones with the best chance, but Roy's already broken away from his mentor's identity, well somewhat. I mean he took the codename "Red Arrow" to still be in the "family business" without actually taking up the mantle.
Grumbles. I still prefer "Arsenal."
