Plot Summary
Overview
Trapped in an alien's rock-hard body, former speechwriter Ron Lithgow is an accidental celebrity who currently uses his high profile as Concrete to promote the agenda of a pizza mogul. While an unsettling figure studies the controversial population-control campaign, Concrete's message becomes exaggerated, distorted, and flat-out parodied. And why can't he stop itching?! Meanwhile, though aide Larry Munro might recognize that his recent judgment was awful, there's only so long until the fallout hits the fan.
