Plot Summary

Overview
Hot on the heels of the Concrete Color Special comesConcrete: Land & Sea! This 64 page special reprints Concrete's first two full-length adventures (from the out of print Concrete #1 and #2)! In the first half of this giant-size special, Concrete risks his hid life deep underground in a bid to rescue a group of trapped coal miners. In the second half, Concrete makes his first effort to "dare great things" as he attempts to swim the Atlantic Ocean!
