Is there any non-superpowered person that could beat Conan. The man killed two frost giants when he was 15. He fights Giant mythical Dinosaur type monsters singlehandedly and wins.

He swam up to a dock, climbed out of the water and asked where the nearest bar was. He swam the sea for two weeks. He has battled Giant magical beasts, fought in battles with thousands of warriors and been the only one to survive. It's probably not fair to put him up against normal humans, because the stuff he does is really superhuman.

Yeah those are great deeds but Cap and the rest of the characters mentioned could just as easily do that.

Cap frozen in water for years after falling off a rocket that exploded in the sky, Woke up , nailed fury and some guards before jumping out a four store window and seeing he was in the future!, Then went on to take down a Hank pym in gaint from, fight the hulk and has kid the ceck out of iron man, I think these also cover what connan has done, Also have I mentioned faced down dragons , transfromers and tanks armies of germans , Welcome to the world where cap knock two shades of cr@ out of Connan!

Damn. Debate over. Seriously, though, guys like Conan, or Roland of Deschain, they feel so beyond the scope of costumed heroes. Like, here's Superman playing police man, but, I don't know, even the strongest of characters never really accomplish anything. Guess what? Joker is always going to escape from Arkham, Red Skull is never going to pay for his war crimes, and Black Panther is never going to rip Claw's heart out, Temple of Doom style. I don't know, man, say what you will about Conan and Roland, say they aren't as important, say they aren't as powerful, but when they set out to accomplish a task, they go through with it. Sure, with Roland, in the end it doesn't matter, but of course that's far beyond his control. Meh! Late-night ranting, gets me nowhere.
