Wow another time warp here. Conan is now King Conan. This story now takes over when the Robert E. Howard story Phoenix on the Sword left off.
King Conan has survived an assassination attempt. Sick of just waiting around, Conan heads out to do battle. Unfortunately he is ambushed and meets up with a witch who sends him to Stygia.
This is apparently going to be another regular side story much like the Born on the Battlefield but smaller in scale.
Oh well, Born on the Battlefield is my favorite storyline so I welcome it. But man, there are so many different Conan's now in this series. It's like Moonstone's Phantom comic if they were to have various continuous issues of the different Phantoms (You should see the Phantom Annual for that)!
