This is a really good self contained adventure however, I have no idea when this takes place. Is this another side adventure in the future when Conan is King? What the heck happened to the city Conan was just in with his erm, friends?
All of a sudden Conan is adventuring with Kalathes and running into Janissa again. I know this must be in the future some time, but how far in the future? And how come Janissa still seems pretty young? This story must not take place too far in the future could it?
Oh well, perhaps later on I will understand it but for now I'll treat it like it is, a pretty darned good adventure where I got to see some old mates of Conan, Janissa and Kalanthes.
