CaptHowdy666's Conan #14 - The Ibis and the Serpent review

    Another Notch on The Sword.

An so yet another story ends. This latest battle pitting the priest of Ibis, Conan and Janissa against the evil forces of Thoth-Amon seemed to fizzle at the end. The intensity carried through from the last issue but ended right after the monster battle. Which is good I suppose, but I had expected something a little more grandiose or celebratory which was not there... kind of like sex without the release.

Conan's now met some friends in the world that haven't died and that is a plus. Also, past friends have found him by the end of this story. The legend of Conan begins to grow!

Pretty good story and it is well worth the read. The best story still is the first story arc in the series but this comes in second (there's only been three and the one in between was awful!)
