    Kiyoshi Morales is idolized the legacy of Captain America and helped to be his country's standing super solider against terrorists who would dare harm the population. He is the great grandnephew of Luke Cage.

    Creation

    Commander A was created by Roger Stern and Philippe Briones in 2011 and first appeared in Captain America Corps # 1.
