    Bruce Wayne throws a birthday party for his best friend Harvey Dent, giving the District Attorney a special present: a silver two-headed coin! But the festivities are cut short when news hits of a riot at Gotham Penitentiary, releasing hundreds of prisoners onto the streets. Meanwhile, some influential Gotham citizens are fed up with the rampant crime, and are prepared to go extreme measures...
