Wait so they were wanting to eat what...? lol             Love Thor, nice catch up....wish the movie didn't look like such a bomber.

Okay, seriously: they drew Tyr with his left hand missing (3:03)?  Fenris bit off his right hand - his sword hand.  WTH, Marvel?

Maybe it's mirror-universe Tyr?

"Everyone's favorite son of Odin"

Unless we happen to like Loki slightly more than Thor. ;)

Your presentation here was great, Babs. I almost wasn't distracted by the "edgy" camerawork. Heh. Also, cute hair.

I´m over the fact that this plot and the Avengers Primer plot contradicts each other, or have a pretty much messed up chronology and now wonder... does time runs different in asgard?

This is confusing as crap.  You've got Hel (one L) located within Hell (two L's) .

Doesn't really matter that much to me anyway.  I stopped buying Thor when it got bumped up to 4 bucks.

Never knew how intense Thor comics were!

It's pronounced "Tear" like crying.

Good job though.

Could this be the start of more than one comic catch-up in a week?!

@Babs  - Great job. I'm a big Thor fan but haven't gotten around to reading these yet. This sounds good, but I'm really looking forward to the start of the new series at #615. Better be good! Hope you and G-Man do an unscripted review on Thor #615 also, believe it comes out 9/22.

I'm not a big fan of Thor but I enjoyed reading this arc!  I just really love idea of these Disir, to see these brawny warriors afraid to even utter their name shows they a force to be reckon with

Great job Babs

So, they haven't eaten in years, would that qualify them as super models?

I'm surprised you actually showed the ketchup label. G-Man always hides it, but to each their own. Well done, this is a nice feature.

so wait...is this story in Hel or Hell? I get confused with all the rulers of various Hell's in Marvel
darkwolverineUSMCon Sept. 7, 2010 at 12:51 p.m.

Of course Thor will make it in time. He's freakin Thor!

It's in hell, because hel no longer exists. From a technical standpoint, 'hel' is just a corner of Mephistos hell he deeded to Hela.

I see, I guess that's how they try and incorporate multiple mythologies...so then does that mean Mephisto's Hell is the "real" one?

@aztek the lost: Yes it does.

Thanks for doing one of these on the recent Thor issues.  It's been exciting lately and hopefully this will get more people interested.

Thank You Sara!
I dropped this book when the craziness that was Siege hit, and ever since then I've looked for a good point to start reading this book again!
Now I can!
