Colossus body becomes adamantium.
who like this idea?
Colossus
Character » Colossus appears in 7593 issues.
Piotr Rasputin is a Russian mutant who possesses the ability to transform his body into organic steel, giving him immense strength and durability. Colossus is among the physically strongest X-Men, and is a talented artist.
Adamantiutm
Why would he not be able to move? Maybe I'm reading the thread wrong but it seems that the maker is suggesting that instead of the organic steel, Colossus would transform into organic adamantium. Therefore, he would be able to do whatever he was able to before. If this is an correct assessment, then Colossus would be stronger and more durable than Ultron being that he would be solid. But this doesn't mean he can't be made immobile. For example if someone stronger smashing him with more weight than he can lift.
Also people are forgetting Cyber his whole body minus his head is adamantium and he moves perfectly fine. Though I wouldn't see the point anyways since his organic steel has shown to withstand attacks from adamantium with out a scratch unless plot says other wise like in ultimate when Logan goes blood rage on him in the earlier issues and it does nothing but make sparks but during the banshee arc he suddenly can cut his heart out. 616 colossus has shown to be durable enough to take it as well.
There is no such thing in the M.U.. Adamantium is very well documented to be a man made alloy. Once it has hardened, that's it. It does not bend or flex. He would not be able to move as he does now. His joint construction would have to be completely different, and even if he could move there is no way he would be as agile." Why would he not be able to move? Also, Colossus is class 100 strength, meaning only guys like the Hulk, Thor, and the cosmic level characters would be able to do him any damage. (And Magneto of course.)
Actually, come to think of it, that is pretty much the only characters who can hurt him already. So what would be the point of making him adamantium?
Cyber's skin is Adamantium, and he moves just fine.
And it has actually happened before, Colossus got captured by Weapon X, and was missing for like 10-20 years. When they finally found him, he'd been permanently transformed into living Adamantium, which, while causing him great, and constant pain, boosted his strength and durability to crazy levels.
And if it were to happen again, Colossus would be indestructible, making him one of the most durable beings in the Marvel Universe, plus I'm pretty sure his strength would be a match for just about anybody.

That's what i was thinking lol. I think if they made him Adamantium. I'd love to see him fight the Effin Hulk. I think he'd be able to smash on just about anybody. As it stands though, every setgroup of people in Marvel Lore pretty much as a strong man. Colossus is the ultimate X-man strongman. Nobody really matches up with him strength for strength, skill for skill.
He's already a noted beast, short of just a few title characters and people the X-men were never concieved to have to face off against. But when you put him against people from like, Spidey's rogues gallery, or Daredevil, or even some of the 4's. He could stand up and kick Rhino's ass without breaking a sweat, or take out Scorpion. He's damn near indestructable as it is.
organic adamantuim would just be to much power hes already a good tank as it is this would just be overkill surely , awesoem overkill but overkill none the less
