Well, I think he should join the Justice League.

I've always seen Cole as more of solo guy. He could fit in to the X-Men, Birds of Prey or Outsiders. Outsiders would be best.
I don't Cole will actually want to be in a team. He definitely doesn't want to get ordered around much.

He should join with nobody..... hes a true loner... but with Zeke!

@mark5: If he was going to join any team it would be a DC team, because DC is publishing inFamous comics.

In case no one's noticed, he has a team in inFamous 2. It consists of himself, Zeke, Nix, and Lucy Kuo. I think, but I'm not sure, that Zeke trys to give them a name. So there is his own team he runs.
