I love Joe Gordon Levitt he is one of my favorite young up and coming actors. If you've never seen the movie Brick i recommend seeing Joe is awesome in it. It's going to be interesting seeing if he can pull off a hardcore villain like Cobra Commander, but i think hell pull it off

I like levitt I think he's a great actor, but I'm starting to think more and more, that I'm not going to like G.I. JOE

I really wish Flint and Roadblock were in the film, but I'm still gonna go see it like three times within it's first week. lol

Huge Joe fan here and I think the movie will be terrible. That's not going to s top me from seeing it though. I have no problem with Levitt as C.C., (as he's a very good actor), but what I don't like is how they're using the character in the film, and his absolutely ridiculous appearance.

I've seen Brick, and thought it was a great movie.   However, that role suited Joseph Gordon-Levitt more than I think will the role of Cobra Commander.  Frankly, I don't see him as capably carrying that role and have no idea why he was cast in the role.  What frightens me more than this is if the producing team don't have a mask on Destro.  If they don't, it will crush this movie for me and lessen my faith in movie making from a comic viewpoint (yes, that's a longer discussion, perhaps I'll blog it).  Still, Baroness looks great and if there is a possibility for an extended fight between Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes, then take my money, please.

the voice is more important than the man in the suit! but the big injustice is that mask he refers to looks nothing like a cobra commander mask at all

You'd think they'd do a teaser shot of cobra commander where they'd do a slow spinning camera set behind his head (so we still wouldn't get to see the face) as he screams "Cobra!" and salutes, and you just see a legion of soldiers in front of him.

Now I remember.  I purposely put that memory under the file name of  "this is crap".  Not a big 80's Joe fan but even I know this isn't looking good--MAYBE the movie will be good, have to wait and see.

 I really want this movie to be BA, so far I'm not sold.

im honestly not suprised CC hasnt been shown in any of the trailers and why the hell would he its what drives people to go see the movie so they can see what he looks like. They did the same thing with venom, two-face, the fallen, cloverfield, hell even jaws. its meant to peak peoples interest and curiosity by leaving things/people hidden from media. odds are 1 week from the release they'll show tv spots with him in it its what they always do, its what they've always done.

hell i remember a movie from 2007 called primevil about a giant crocodile in africa. until i saw the movie i thought it was about a serial killer, and not once in any of the trailers/tv spots did they show or mention a croc. it was a brilliant way advertise a movie
