The COBRA Hydrofoil has a surface displacement of 1.8 tons and weighs 3.75 tons (on foils). It has a top speed of 48 knots with a 6 man crew range of 425 nautical miles.
It is outfitted with a turret system with 2 x .50 caliber coaxial machine guns with 3,000 rounds each. It also has 2 x 20mm enclosed Vulcan guns with variable rate-of-fire and 4,500 rounds each.2 x 40mm grenade launchers with 300 rounds each. 1 x 60 mm top-mounted light-weight armor-piercing or high explosive charged mortar with 275 rounds.
For ordnance the hydrofoil features 2 short-range surface-to-surface, electro-optically guided anti-ship missiles. 2 hull-mounted acoustic-homing torpedoes with 225 pound warheads and a range of 6,400 yards.
