The COBRA Hummer was seen in the movie, "G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra". Its real name is " Steel Crusher".
When the Cobra planned to test the nanite missiles in Paris, they used this vehicle to ferry Baroness, Storm-Shadow and two Motor Vipers.
This vehicle has been shown to be very resilent to external attacks. It sports a very heavy armor practically impregnable to attacks from bullets and even rockets.
Special features:
Heavy armor:
On more than one occassion, this feature has proven to be up to the mark. Bullets from
Snake-Eyes' pistol and the G.I. Joes'
Accelerator Suits just ricocheted off the armor, leaving no more than mild dents. Only Snake-Eyes' specially enhanced sword could cut through it. Even a rocket just shook the hummer, nothing more. Only, the collision with a train shook the vehicle off-balance, but still, it incurred visibly little damage.
Bullet Resistant Tyres:
When Snake-Eyes repeatedly fired his pistol at the tyres, they still did not puncture.
Motion Sensing Gun(Turret Mounted):
It popped up from the roof and fired discrete blasts at the following Joes.
Rocket launcher:
Two came out from under the chassis, each holding 3 - 4 rockets.
Spiked Bumper: This came from the front of the car. Whenever the Hummer bumped into a car in front of it, the spiked bumper served to lift it into the air and propel it backwards over the Hummer's roof. Baroness used it to shake off Snake-Eyes from the roof of the hummer.
