    Formed with the goal of accomplishing Cobra's objectives underwater.

    Abilities

    Trained in nearly every useful aspect of underwater fighting, demolitions, and oceanic geology, the Eels are the perfect team for any type of underwater mission. When off missions, the Eels serve on marine outposts and also on Cobra naval vessels.
