    Short summary describing this issue.

Part 1 last edited by gravenraven on 05/31/23 06:47AM View full history

Black Cat & Wolverine are both kidnapped by different means. Black Cat while trying to steal a large gem, and Wolverine while on a flight.

They both wake up in individual cages on a remote island! Kraven the hunter and some goons are there to tell Cat and Wolvie that they are going to be hunted (ala "The Deadliest Game")

Wolverine and the Cat are then dropped from their cages and so begins the "hunt"! The two work together to stay alive, all the while trading quips, barbs, and insults!

One by one the hunters are defeated, and it turns out Kraven was a robot! So who is it that is pulling the strings? None other than Arcade (and White Rabbit!)

The collective duo of Jimmy Palmiotti and Justin Gray have won DCU fans hearts with series like Jonah Hex and Power Girl, but those two tackle Marvel as well and although their Punisher stories I felt lackluster, this mini series I felt had the comedy of Power Girl with at times the violence of Hex, wonderfully illustrated by Joesph Linsner with my favorite former Vertigo editor Axel Alonso making sure the series runs well. Issue #1 sets up the premise.  Wolverine and Black Cat are up on an ...

    Wolverine And The Black Cat - Claws (Issues 1, 2, & 3) 0

This was a great and extremely enjoyable mini series! From the opening "tease" sequences between The Black Cat and Spider-Man, to the eventual team-up with Wolverine, and the victory over their adversaries at stories end, Felicia just oozes a certain feline charm! But, hey, I'm extremely biased! It was a little bizzare to see Spidey with those "bug eyes", but I got used to it! Joseph Michael Linsner has given Felicia yet another costume change, and why not?! She looks as hot as ever, and I think...
