I would go on forever but if I had to choose I'd say nikki.

Who would win?

Nikki could possibly tire herself out before Claire does. However, Nikki has been known to be extremely violent (well, Jessica has been anyways). Hmm...

Nikki's only shot is ripping Claire's head off or impaling it with something, otherwise Claire wins IMO.

I think Claire would win, because we now know that she can regenerate the loss of Limbs too, i don't see how Nikki could kill her.

exactly with the head claires power wont work and i dont think she can regenerate a whole new body. besides like prevuiosly mentioned claire is not a fighter

The Future Claire of Season Three could so so Easily.  Just picture it:

Claire (with an arsenal of weapons, and the training in their use) and Nikki/Jessica meet up,  Nikki might be faster and deal more blows, but Claire continuously shoots at her.

The fight lasts for a whole episode, but Ends when Niki pushes Claire against a wall, trying to tear off her head, WHEN, Claire pulls out a grenade and blows them both up.

Nikki is defeated, and pretty much dead, whilst Claire regenerates and then survives.  WINNING!!! 

Claire can't be hurt by someone with Nikki's powers and Claire can't hurt Nikki because she's weak.It's a stalemate.

how do ya figure? she has superhuman strength and could apply more force than claires body is able to endure. Its not hard to hurt claire... she just heals fast. a 6'4 guy with a steel bat could beat her lol
