This causes a deep rift in the hero community, with some backing the Act while others oppose it.

    In civil war, have they said who hickey(the guy who was with speedball in his cell; and then escaped woteva) is? Does anybody ahve an idea of who he is?

    I'm sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but I've missed some civil war issues...
