    Civil War

    Story arc »

Following a catastrophic tragedy caused by superhumans, the US Government passes a Super-Human Registration Act that requires all super-powered individuals in the country to reveal their identities, disclose their powers and personal details, and register as government employees or risk indefinite incarceration. This causes a deep rift in the hero community, with some backing the Act while others oppose it.

Imagine we've went back in time to when the Super-Human Registration Act was still being debated in congress. Which side would you be arguing for? Any actual argument would also be welcome.

My characters are not strictly human. But they would all be against it. Except for my lawful characters.

For the side of law's debate, this act would bring order and allow the law to put super beings to justice.

For the side of chaos' rebuttal, this act would constrict the individual away.

However law and evil would say yes, because it does constrict the individual away.

I see my character Pro. But more like Taskmaster or Zemo. Trying to redeem himself for past crimes by becoming a Thunderbolt or something.

If I'm in the congress-not sure, probably wouldn't have an idea of how important having a secret identity really is....then again the identities of every single superhero on Earth is too much for a gobernament to have....

    If I'm a hero-Anti
