It's...almost...here!
Believe me, it's gonna be the first one I read tomorrow.
You know, Newsarama has a metric ton of Post-CW solicits out, and they are pretty damn spoiler-iffic.

Is that really a spoiler? Maria Hill practically gave him the job months ago.
Yeah I think the whole Stark SHIELD thing has been heavily alluded to. Bendis even joked that it wasn't Stark in the armor in Mighty Avengers. Why else would Ms. Marvel be leading over him? As for who will be in that armor, I don't know. Also in the Marvel solicits, the info. on the next Iron Man had been "classified" by SHIELD.
As far as spoilers, I don't want any. If I had any, I would definitely keep them to myself. I will be doing a write up tomorrow that will have spoilers. So be warned if you check out the New Comics tab tomorrow.
Is it just me or is Tony Stark is kind of coming across like Ozymadias from Watchmen by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons? If you know how that book ends, then you know what I mean.
I don't know how I feel about the issue. I loved the Spidey scenes. About time he got some respect after getting trounced by lame-os Jack O'Lantern and Jester (then again he did just fight Iron Man and a bunch of his goons). I'm glad they didn't kill off Cap like the rumors were suggesting (and we know Marvel couldn't really do that). I was figuring that Bucky/Winter Soldier would take over for Cap as he's secretly working with Fury now. Where did his shield go? Who took it?
Buckshot says:
"http://comicartcommunity.com/gallery/data/media/339/cwinitiative.jpgHe took it."
He dropped it before he took off his mask. Then he lets himself be cuffed. As he's walking away, you see it lying behind Spidey next to the mask.
Funny, people are already thinking Frank's gonna be Cap after all the drama between those two and how much he respects him and all. And there's this.
I still say it'll be Winter Soldier, if anyone.

The end was pretty anti-climactic, but the way things are now set up in the Marvel universe is interesting as hell.
Oh, and seriously -- Herc trashing Clor? Best panel I've seen all year.
-warning, spoilers-
I'm so dissapointed and even pissed right now. Mark Millar failed to create a credible ending. The cap did what no good soldier would ever do. He abbandoned his troops and surrendered, completely out of character which should not be so surprizing since from the begining of Civil War everyone had been acting out of character. To me it seems like a lack of commitement to bring the story to a coherent ending.
The socio-political subjects were very poorly treated, with very little insight. I'm under the impresion that the only thing Civil War has on its side is the shocking value. We all know that is good enough to sell, but hardly makes up for a good reading.
Just my two cents.
Cap didn't abandon them, he saw the devesation the fight was causing and told his troops to stand down. Cap may be a soldier, but he is also a hero and wouldn't carry on his fight at the expense of NY. I think Iron man and Reed Richards have been acting out of character to some extent though.
Now that Damage Control has been revealed to be shady, or at least the one dude, wonder if they're still in business.
I can't believe how poorly the series was done! I mean the art was fantastic, but the characterization was so so bad. So many characters did and said thing they'd never do in a million years. The real kicker to me on how bad the writing in the series was when Hercules told a VERY lame Lloyd Bentsen joke that wouldn't have been funny BACK IN 1988 when i was topical.
